As a Human Resource Specialist at Northwest Health Services, you will be responsible for:
Preparation and revision job descriptions and posting positions in ATS.
Recruiting, screening, interviewing, and evaluating applicant qualifications; including attendance at job fairs, and building community talent relationships.
Conducting bi-weekly new hire orientation.
Entering, retrieving, and maintaining human resources information in HRIS.
Preparing human resource correspondence and reports.
Ensuring employee records are maintained in accordance with employment laws.
Responding to employees' queries in a timely manager.
Collaborating with other departments on HR related projects; HR representative on committees.
Processing semi-monthly payroll.
Benefit Administration.
An Associate degree in human resources, business, or a related field; directly related experience can be used in lieu of education on a year for year basis.
A minimum of 2 years of directly related experience.
Hands on experience with Paycom preferred, but not required.
