Key Responsibilities for the HR Specialist:

• 
  
• Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees across multiple locations and 20 states.
• 
  
• Manage payroll deductions, garnishments, and payroll-related compliance activities.
• 
  
• Support HR administration, including offer letters, onboarding coordination, employee transitions, and record maintenance.
• 
  
• Assist with ADP HRIS upgrades and process improvement initiatives.
• 
  
• Support internal and external audits by gathering documentation and ensuring data accuracy.
• 
  

Qualifications for the HR Specialist:

• 
  
• 2+ years of payroll processing and/or HR administration experience preferred.
• 
  
• Experience with payroll systems; ADP experience is a plus.
• 
  
• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred, though equivalent work experience will be considered.
