Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare is seeking experienced HR Staffing Coordinators, that are passionate about Healthcare and Technology. We’re growing and have expanded our core service offerings and are in need of talented Staffing Coordinators to join our team! <\/span><\/span>

<\/p>

Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/div>
  • Effectively implement overall staffing coordination recruiting strategy.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Utilize various web -based recruitment methods, such as, online job fairs, social media sourcing, etc.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Source passive candidates by using existing Applicant Tracking Systems, and other assigned sourcing tools.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Conduct all initial interviews and assist in completion of New Hire paperwork for Healthcare Support Staffing.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Provide recruiting task analysis to document requirements for open positions.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Screen candidates, resumes, and job applications.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Support hiring processes for case -management staffing coordination and fulfillment.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Implement HR recruiting best practices throughout the pre -hiring and post -hiring process.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Assist with Organizational Public Relations, to establish and maintain core strategic relationships with potential new hires and existing staff.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Perform Quality Assurance on all staff scheduling.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Approve Paid Time Off and track staff absenteeism.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Monitor and maintain current employee status on all staff.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Meet weekly with the Case Management Supervisor to collaborate on staffing needs.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Identify company employee requirements and create a staffing strategy.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Assist the HR department with hiring, training, and onboarding new employees.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Prepare work schedules and enforce compliance with company and industry labor requirements.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Confirm staff details and working hours to ensure accurate employee compensation.<\/span><\/span>

    Education<\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/div>

    ·<\/span>         <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or relevant fields. <\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p>

    ·<\/span>         <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Relevant professional HR Certifications or work experience and knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements of the industry, preferred.<\/span><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>


    <\/h2><\/div>

    ·<\/span>         <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> 2 -3 Years of HR Recruiting or Staffing Coordination experience.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p>

    ·<\/span>         <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Have a minimum of 1 years’ experience of Applicant Tracking Systems.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p>

    ·<\/span>         <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Have a minimum of 1 years’ experience of HRIS Software.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p>

    ·<\/span>         <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Have a deep knowledge of professional writing and excellent use of relevant computer programs and applications. <\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p>

    ·<\/span>         <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Must be detail oriented, expert communicators and good decision makers.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p>

    ·<\/span>         <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Have hands -on experience of the hiring process. <\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p>

    ·<\/span>         <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience writing persuasive job listings, posting job ads on recruitment sites, and reviewing candidates’ qualifications to shortlist the best fit for an interview. <\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p>

    ·<\/span>         <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Perform background checks.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p>

    ·<\/span>         <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain HR records, <\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p>

    ·<\/span>         <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain confidentiality and enforce compliance with labor regulations. <\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p>

    ·<\/span>         <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Must demonstrate the ability to maintain warm relations with various people.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p>

    ·<\/span>         <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Have excellent listening skills and knowledge of behavioral based interviewing practices.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p>

    ·<\/span>         <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Must be comfortable with public speaking and the use of interactive media and other digital devices to facilitate employee training. <\/span><\/span>
