Healthcare is seeking experienced HR Staffing Coordinators, that are passionate
about Healthcare and Technology. We’re growing and have expanded our core
service offerings and are in need of talented Staffing Coordinators to join our

<\/span><\/p>
<\/p>
<\/span><\/p>
·<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in human
resources, business, or relevant fields. <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>
·<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Relevant professional HR Certifications
or work experience and knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements of the
industry, preferred.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>
·<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> 2 -3 Years of HR Recruiting or Staffing
Coordination experience.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>
·<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Have a minimum of 1 years’ experience of
Applicant Tracking Systems.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>
·<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Have a minimum of 1 years’ experience of
HRIS Software.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>
·<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Have a deep knowledge of professional
writing and excellent use of relevant computer programs and applications. <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>
·<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Must be detail oriented, expert
communicators and good decision makers.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>
·<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Have hands -on experience of the hiring
process. <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>
·<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience writing persuasive job
listings, posting job ads on recruitment sites, and reviewing candidates’
qualifications to shortlist the best fit for an interview. <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>
·<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Perform background checks.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>
·<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain HR records, <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>
·<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain confidentiality and enforce
compliance with labor regulations. <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>
·<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Must demonstrate the ability to maintain
warm relations with various people.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>
·<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Have excellent listening skills and knowledge
of behavioral based interviewing practices.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>
·<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Must be comfortable with public speaking
and the use of interactive media and other digital devices to facilitate
employee training. <\/span><\/span>
