Job Title: Remote HR Strategy Consultant
Hourly Pay: $50 - $56/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives
• Develop strategic HR plans to optimize recruitment, development, and retention
• Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning

• Analyze performance management and employee engagement systems

• Recommend HR technologies that enhance processes and decision-making
• Guide change management efforts and support organizational transformations

• Provide insights on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives

• Prepare strategic reports and presentations on HR performance

• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)

• 5+ years in HR strategy consulting or senior HR leadership

• Proven success in implementing HR strategies that support growth

• Strong understanding of talent management and HR transformation

• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and analytical skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects independently

• Proficient in HR software, analytics tools, and Microsoft Office
