HR Strategy & Projects Analyst


Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Strategy & Projects Analyst to support a large-scale job architecture and job description validation initiative. This role partners closely with HR and business leaders to collect, organize, validate, and maintain job documentation while ensuring project milestones are met. It is well-suited for someone with strong project coordination, administrative, or HR support experience who enjoys managing documentation, coordinating meetings, and keeping projects on track.

Responsibilities
  • Compile and maintain a comprehensive inventory of job titles, grades, departments, reporting structures, and incumbents.
  • Collect, organize, and review job descriptions, identifying missing, outdated, duplicate, or inconsistent documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings with business leaders to facilitate job description review and validation.
  • Prepare meeting materials, track action items, and follow up on outstanding requests.
  • Maintain project documentation, version control, and organized filing systems.
  • Track project progress, completion metrics, and validation status.
  • Support organizational chart reviews and verification of reporting relationships.
  • Provide administrative and project coordination support throughout the job architecture initiative.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required;bachelor s degree preferred.
  • Minimum one year of administrative, project coordination, or related experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, document management, and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience supporting Human Resources projects or initiatives preferred.
  • Experience maintaining documentation, project trackers, or databases preferred.
  • Experience coordinating meetings with multiple stakeholders preferred.
  • Familiarity with organizational charts, job descriptions, or HR documentation is a plus.

  • Solid foundation in administrative or project coordination work, ideally within HR or a similar function.
  • Proven ability to manage large volumes of documentation with accuracy and consistency.
  • Demonstrated capability to coordinate meetings and follow through on action items.
  • Comfort working independently while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to support complex, multi-step projects and keep workstreams on schedule.
