HR Support - Benefits Enrollment

Location: Fully Remote

Pay: $20.00/hour

Role Overview:

As an HR Shared Services Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for internal HR-related inquiries mainly around benefits enrollment, providing guidance and support to employees across various departments. This role requires a mix of customer service excellence, systems proficiency, and a solid understanding of basic HR practices. You'll be part of a team helping the organization in their yearly enrollment period, so adaptability and a willingness to learn are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to HR-related questions and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Use systems like Outlook, WebEx, and Oracle (experience in these systems is a plus) to manage communications and resolve inquiries.
• Demonstrate empathy when handling employee concerns, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.
• Apply basic HR knowledge to provide accurate information and support.
• Stay organized and maintain attention to detail, especially when managing multiple requests and inquiries.
• Communicate effectively with employees and team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Work independently while also contributing to the team's overall goals and performance.
• Leverage call center experience (preferred) to navigate high-volume environments efficiently.
