Are you looking to grow your career in Human Resources? Our client is seeking a customer-focused and highly organized HR professional to join a fast-paced HR Operations team supporting employee leave programs and HR services.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, HR professionals early in their careers, or individuals with strong customer service experience looking to transition into Human Resources.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding leave-related questions and processes.
- Handle high-volume inbound calls while providing exceptional customer service.
- Explain leave procedures and provide updates to employees and leadership.
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records in multiple systems.
- Research and resolve discrepancies related to employee leave requests.
- Support case management activities and process incoming documentation.
- Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced shared services environment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate employee support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred, OR equivalent experience in HR, employee services, benefits, or customer support
Experience working in a fast-paced environment such as HR Shared Services, benefits administration, call center, customer support, or operations
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume setting
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook)
Experience supporting leave administration, benefits, disability, FMLA, STD, or ADA processes is a plus
