We are looking for temporary HR support for a short-term scanning and digitization project as part of our ongoing effort to move toward a paperless environment and centralize employee records.
The assignment would consist primarily of scanning employee files into our HR system and is expected to last approximately 3 5 days (up to 40 hours total). Ideally, we'd like someone with a basic HR background an HR Coordinator or HR Generalist level candidate would be ideal who can identify and flag any obvious filing discrepancies or missing documentation during the process. No advanced HR experience is required.
