Status: Contingent

Anticipated Salary Range: $80,000 - $98,000

Knowesis is seeking a HR Support Team Lead - MILDEP to lead the delivery of federal government Human Resources management support services for military personnel within the PMO. This leader coordinates day-to-day HR activities, including personnel evaluations, awards, in and out-processing, and organizational reporting, to ensure program objectives are met.

The Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Lead the HR support team, coordinate and monitor day-to-day HR activities, provide training, and oversee established DHA HR processes and procedures IAW Office of Personnel Management, DoD, and Military Service-specific personnel management policies.
• Support military officer and non-commissioned officer evaluations, awards, taskers, alert rosters, and organization chart updates, along with in- and out-processing of personnel and welcome packages.
• Maintain accountability and strength reporting, personnel files, and the electronic personnel database, and provide general administrative support to the Human Resource Manager.
• Maintain access to the Evaluation Entry System (EES), Personnel Electronic Records Management System (iPERMS), Medical Operational Data System (MODS), and Unit Commander's Financial Report (UCFR), and perform military personnel actions as required.
• Support the management of organizational manpower documents and reports, including monthly strength reports, faces-to-spaces taskers, and annual manpower taskers involving restructuring and realignment of positions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or related field.
• At least 8 years of full-time work experience in DoD project management and defense acquisition systems.
• Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office 365 suite, including MS Project.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certification in Program Management.
• Extensive knowledge of military human resources management, personnel evaluation processes, and Service-specific personnel systems.
