  • 1–2 years of HRIS, HR systems, or HR operations experience required
  • Experience with Workday HCM strongly preferred
  • Previous experience within technical services, manufacturing, logistics, or tech-related environments preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Handle and resolve HR system support tickets across Workday HCM, Benefits, Payroll, and internal systems
  • Support Shipping & Receiving and warehouse-related HR operational needs as required
  • Assist during open enrollment including testing, validation, and configuration support
  • Create and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields
  • Partner with HR and Payroll teams to troubleshoot employee inquiries and data issues
  • Assist with system testing, process improvements, and documentation
  • Identify recurring system issues and recommend process enhancements
  • Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of employee data
