It is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing HR systems across a large enterprise environment, with a primary focus on Workday and supporting experience in ADP Workforce Now.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Systems Configuration & OptimizationConfigure and optimize Workday modules including HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Learning, and IntegrationsSupport and maintain ADP Workforce Now configurations as needed, including data alignment with WorkdayIntegration ManagementDesign, develop, and manage complex integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core ConnectorsSupport data integrations and interfaces between Workday, ADP Workforce Now, and other enterprise systemsBusiness Process ManagementDesign, configure, and maintain complex business processes within WorkdayPartner with HR and Payroll teams to ensure end‑to‑end process alignment across systemsReporting & AnalyticsCreate and maintain advanced reports using Workday Report Writer and other reporting toolsSupport data validation and reconciliation between Workday and ADP Workforce NowSecurity & ComplianceConfigure and manage Workday security groups and rolesEnsure data security and compliance across HR systems, including ADP Workforce NowTechnical Support & Change ManagementTroubleshoot and resolve complex configuration and integration issuesManage system changes, releases, and enhancements to ensure smooth transitionsRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience supporting Workday in a large enterprise environmentHands‑on experience with ADP Workforce Now (configuration, integrations, or operational support)Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related fieldAdvanced expertise in Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core ConnectorsStrong problem‑solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to partner with HR, Payroll, and technical stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsSoftware engineering or development backgroundExperience supporting multi‑system HR or payroll environmentsBenefit HighlightsIndustry leading medical, dental and vision insurance plan401(k) Retirement Plan with a company match of 100% on up to 5% of compensation (match is fully‑vested immediately)Generous PTO policyEligible for performance based bonuses#J-18808-Ljbffr
