Position Overview
We are looking for an HR Systems & Program Manager who combines HR technology expertise with strong program management and operational excellence capabilities. This role is responsible for optimizing the systems, processes, and programs that support the employee lifecycle and enable a high-performing organization.
This role will serve as the primary owner of our HR technology ecosystem, ensuring data integrity, process efficiency, reporting accuracy, and scalable people programs. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable configuring workflows in ADP Workforce Now, developing executive dashboards, leading cross-functional projects, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the employee experience.

Colorado law requires us to tell you the base compensation range of this role, which is $136,000 - $160,000, determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. What we can’t quantify for you are the exciting challenges, supportive team, and amazing culture we enjoy.
