HR Systems & Talent Operations Coordinator

**Approximately 6 Month Contract**

***Hybrid position with travel to Corporate Office in Reading, PA 1-2 times a week***

Position Summary:

This role will be responsible for assisting with performance management processes, reporting and analytics, employee inquiries, and Human Capital Management (HCM) system support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically savvy, and passionate about delivering an exceptional employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Support employee and manager inquiries related to performance reviews, goals, career development, and performance check-ins
• Administer bi-weekly performance assessments, including tracking, reporting, and analysis
• Generate and maintain standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and workforce data insights
• Monitor and manage shared HR email inboxes, researching and responding to employee inquiries in a timely manner
• Partner with the Workforce Systems team to test, validate, and document HCM system enhancements, updates, and quarterly releases
• Assist with special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

• Experience working with Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, particularly Talent Management modules
• Understanding of HR business processes, performance management, and employee lifecycle activities
• Experience supporting system testing, troubleshooting, and validation activities.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• High level of reliability and attention to detail
