Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Pay Rate: $28.00/hr
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Contract role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support full-cycle recruiting by partnering with internal recruiters and ensuring a smooth, efficient hiring process and positive candidate experience.
This role is responsible for building strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders while supporting ongoing staffing needs. The Coordinator will handle sensitive candidate information with accuracy and confidentiality, and may also assist with recruiting efforts and filling open positions as needed. Work Environment
This position offers a flexible work arrangement with a combination of on-site and remote work. Candidates must be comfortable flexing between remote and in-office support based on business and operational needs. Key Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment alongside internal recruiters
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and hiring activities
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting documentation
- Handle confidential candidate information with discretion
- Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to meet staffing needs
- Assist with recruiting efforts and fill open positions as needed
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team while keeping recruitment processes organized and efficient
