About the Job:
The HR Technology Analyst serves as the first point of escalation for HR technology and delivers customer service support to the organization. This role will serve as a technical resource supporting Taco Bell''s HR technology systems used to collect and maintain employee information, including the Content Management System (CMS) and Learning Management System (LMS). The position responds to employee inquiries and leadership requests, identifies issues and triages to the appropriate teams, and supports cross-functional projects within HR. In partnership with the Director of Learning & Development, Taco Bell technology leadership, and Yum! Brands'' technology teams, the role supports the implementation and communication of system changes to promote efficient use of HR Technology. The role also creates standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and provides data summaries for use in planning projects and decision-making.

Salary Range: $88,500 to $97,000 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
