Job Description

Job Overview TEs HR Solutions Partners function in a variety of Human Resources activities, including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination, and data analysis, metrics. They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional, or global level, partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.

Tasks Summary & Responsibilities

• Partner with plant leadership and functional managers to identify competency gaps. • Support annual training plan development aligned with business strategy. • Analyze performance data and Training KPIs to determine action plan.

Training Needs Analysis

Training Design & Development

• Develop training materials, presentations, facilitator guides, SOP-based modules. • Customize global training content to local plant needs. • Ensure training content reflects TE policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Training Delivery

• Facilitate training sessions. • Deliver onboarding and orientation programs for new hires. • Conduct soft skills and HR policy trainings.

Learning Administration

• Maintain training records and ensure accurate documentation. • Track training completion rates and compliance metrics. • Prepare training reports and dashboards.

Evaluation & Continuous Improvement

• Measure training effectiveness, feedback surveys, assessments, performance indicators. • Propose improvements based on evaluation results. • Support audits related to training documentation and compliance.
