    About the HR Training Facilitator Opportunity:


    Our client is seeking an HR professional to lead mandatory workplace training programs for employees and leadership teams. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist, HR Manager, or HR Business Partner who is comfortable presenting, engaging groups, and facilitating discussions around workplace compliance and leadership development.


    The selected consultant will conduct both employee and manager-level training sessions onsite and serve as a trusted resource throughout the training process.


    Responsibilities for the HR Training Facilitator:


    Employee Training



    • Conduct Sexual Harassment Prevention Training for all employees

    • Facilitate employee participation and engagement during training sessions

    • Answer questions and provide clarification on workplace conduct and compliance topics

    • Ensure training content is delivered professionally and consistently


    Manager & Supervisor Training



    • Lead manager and supervisor-specific Sexual Harassment Prevention Training

    • Facilitate discussions around leadership responsibilities and workplace compliance

    • Provide practical guidance on handling employee concerns and workplace issues

    • Support management teams in understanding legal and organizational requirements


    Training Administration



    • Coordinate training schedules and onsite logistics

    • Deliver training materials and supporting resources

    • Document attendance and completion records as required

    • Maintain a professional and engaging learning environment


    Qualifications for the HR Training Facilitator:


    Must-Haves:



    • HR Generalist, HR Manager, HRBP, or related Human Resources experience

    • Experience conducting employee or management training sessions

    • Strong presentation and facilitation skills

    • Comfortable speaking to groups of varying sizes

    • Knowledge of workplace compliance and harassment prevention topics


    Nice-to-Haves:



    • Prior experience conducting Sexual Harassment Prevention Training

    • SHRM or HRCI certification

    • Experience developing or customizing training materials

    • Experience working with manufacturing or corporate employee populations
