HR Transformation Process and Technology Consultant

We're partnering with a global financial services infrastructure organization seeking an HR transformation professional to improve HR processes and employee experience through Oracle Fusion HCM. Reporting to the Director of HR Systems Transformation, you'll collaborate with HR, Technology, and implementation partners to deliver practical solutions.

Description

• Design future-state HR processes that support employees, managers, and HR teams throughout the employee lifecycle
• Work with Business Analysts to translate requirements into functional specifications and confirm system configurations meet business needs
• Align processes and technology with the agreed HR operating model and transformation principles
• Establish clear process ownership, controls, service expectations, and escalation paths
• Challenge existing ways of working and proposed solutions to prevent inefficient processes from carrying into the new platform
• Support testing, user validation, change readiness, training, documentation, and ongoing user support
• Assess how changes affect different user groups and help HR specialists identify opportunities to incorporate AI into future service delivery

Profile

• Significant experience in HR transformation, HR operations, process improvement, or technology-enabled change
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and experience designing future-state workflows
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and evaluate solutions from different users' perspectives
• Experience collaborating with implementation partners and confidently challenging recommendations
• Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills
• Experience supporting testing, adoption, training, and the transition to new ways of working
• Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM or a comparable cloud HCM platform
