What You'll Do

As a Capability Supply/Demand Specialist, you will:

• Match newly hired employees and talent pipeline resources to current and future business needs.
• Partner with hiring managers, recruiters, HR, and project leaders to understand staffing priorities and skill requirements.
• Provide strategic recommendations to support workforce planning and resource allocation.
• Monitor hiring activity, resource placement, and staffing demand while identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Perform regular audits of demand data to ensure accurate role assignments and workforce planning.
• Help improve staffing processes, reporting, and workforce planning tools to increase operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, workforce planning, HR, or talent management.
• Experience collaborating with business leaders and cross functional teams.
• Strong relationship building and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Experience supporting project executives or senior leadership is highly preferred.
