Human Resources Business Partner
Location: St. Charles, IL Salary: $87,000 - $131,250 + Relocation Assistance Available
Our client is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support site leadership and drive key HR initiatives across employee relations, talent development, compliance, and workforce planning.
What you'll be doing:
- Partnering with leadership on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
- Leading HR programs, policies, and compliance initiatives
- Supporting recruitment, retention, and employee development efforts
- Coaching leaders and helping resolve employee relations issues
- Utilizing HR metrics and data to support business decisions
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of Human Resources experience
- 2+ years of leadership or project leadership experience
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Manufacturing experience preferred
