Overview: Seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Human Resources Analyst / HRIS Admin to join a fast-paced Human Resources team supporting a large employee population. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working with data, auditing processes, HR systems, payroll support, and compliance administration. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring accuracy across HR and payroll records.
This position is fully onsite and offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact within a busy HR department that requires a professional who can quickly step in and contribute.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and audit employee records within HRIS platforms.
Produce and analyze reports using HR databases and reporting tools.
Perform data validation, identify discrepancies, and implement corrections.
Conduct recurring HR audits and maintain compliance reporting.
Research and resolve data integrity issues.
Assist with process improvements and reporting efficiencies.
Process personnel actions including new hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, and separations.
Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee status changes.
Maintain accurate employee documentation and records.
Assist with organizational charts, HR forms, and departmental documents.
Ensure timely completion of employee transactions.
Assist with payroll-related administration and employee data updates.
Monitor payroll deadlines and provide follow-up regarding missing timesheets.
Audit payroll records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Research and resolve payroll discrepancies.
Partner with payroll and management teams to ensure timely processing.
Respond to HR-related questions from employees and managers.
Provide exceptional customer service while handling sensitive and confidential information.
Support special projects, training initiatives, and process documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to improve HR operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of one year of Human Resources experience.
Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Index/Match Functions, Data Analysis and Auditing
Experience performing data audits and maintaining accurate records.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Payroll support experience.
Experience working with union and non-union employee populations.
Bilingual Spanish, Cantonese, or Mandarin skills are a plus.

Pay Details: $32.00 to $35.00 per hour
