Description
HRIS Advisor
Location: Louisville, KY (On-site, 5 days/week)
Pay: $27.59/hour
Type: Contract-to-hire (W2)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Openings: Multiple (project durations vary)
Position Overview
We’re looking for an HRIS Advisor / HRIS Analyst to provide day-to-day support for HR systems, including the HRIS, Learning Management System (LMS), and Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This role focuses on user support, troubleshooting, and scheduled system activities such as mass updates.
Job Responsibilities
Support HRIS, LMS, and ATS platforms and related processes
Process and respond to daily user requests
Provide production support and resolve issues via phone and email
Research, troubleshoot, and resolve system-related issues
Perform scheduled activities (including mass updates) as needed
