TCI has an immediate need for an HRIS Analyst in Louisville, KY. This is a contract opportunity not available for C2C.
Note: This position requires US Citizenship and work is performed on-site.
SUMMARY
The HRIS Analyst provides day-to-day support for the organization’s Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Learning Management System (LMS), and Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This position responds to user requests, provides production support, researches and resolves system-related issues, and ensures timely and accurate completion of scheduled system activities, including mass updates.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process and respond to daily system support requests from users.
- Provide production support via phone and email.
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve HRIS, LMS, and ATS issues.
- Perform scheduled system activities, including mass updates and data maintenance.
- Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to ensure systems operate effectively and accurately.
- Maintain a high level of customer service while resolving system-related questions and issues.
- 1+ years of experience supporting HRIS, LMS, ATS, or similar HR technology systems.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR technology platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with HR and technical teams.
- Work is on-site (not remote).
