IDR is seeking a HRIS Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Atlanta, GA. This role supports the administration, troubleshooting, and enhancement of HR information systems within a healthcare or large enterprise environment. The position offers a chance to work on system implementations and improvements in a dynamic team setting.

Position Overview for the HRIS Analyst:

  • Administer and support the HRIS including configuration, security, workflows, and system maintenance
  • Troubleshoot HRIS issues and provide Tier 1–2 user support
  • Perform system testing, user acceptance testing, and system upgrades/releases
  • Maintain data integrity through audits, validation, and mass uploads
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and vendors to improve systems and processes

Requirements for the HRIS Analyst:

  • 3+ years of HRIS experience (HR technology, HR operations, or HR systems)
  • Experience with a major HRIS platform such as PeopleSoft, iCIMS, or HealthStream
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, including employee lifecycle, payroll, and benefits
  • Experience supporting HRIS administration, troubleshooting, and user support
  • Strong Excel and data validation skills
