Position Summary: The HRIS Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and payroll processes to ensure accurate employee data management, reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency. This role serves as the primary administrator for ADP Workforce Now, overseeing multi-state payroll processing, HR system administration, workforce reporting, data analytics, and HR technology initiatives. The HRIS Analyst also supports HR operations by providing system expertise, maintaining data integrity, and driving continuous process improvements across the organization.
