HRIS Analyst

Job Summary/Company:
Sparks Group is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst for a fully remote contract opportunity supporting a busy Benefits and HR team through year-end. This position requires a highly responsive professional with strong Dayforce expertise, advanced Excel skills, and experience managing vendor file feeds. The ideal candidate will be able to jump in immediately and provide critical support during the open enrollment period.
Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert for HRIS and benefits administration systems.
• Develop, create, analyze, and maintain HR and benefits reports.
• Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot vendor file feeds.
• Support open enrollment activities within Dayforce.
• Maintain and update employee and benefits data within the HRIS.
• Audit data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with compliance-related reporting and documentation.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
• Support ongoing HRIS and benefits operations as needed.
• Perform testing and validation of system updates, enhancements, and integrations.

Qualifications/Background Profile:

• Hands-on Dayforce experience. Candidates without Dayforce experience will not be considered.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, reporting, and data analysis.
• Experience managing vendor file feeds, eligibility files, and data integrations.
• Experience supporting benefits administration and open enrollment processes.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot HRIS issues and resolve data discrepancies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• HRIS Analyst experience strongly preferred.

This job is Fully Remote.

Pay Range: Hourly $48.00 to $53.00
