Key Responsibilities
Maintain and support HRIS platforms and related systems
Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee and organizational data
Create, run, and analyze HR reports and dashboards
Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support
Assist with system implementations, upgrades, testing, and enhancements
Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT teams on system-related projects
Develop and maintain documentation, workflows, and reporting processes
Support data audits, compliance initiatives, and process improvement efforts
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred
2+ years of HRIS experience
Strong understanding of HR processes, data management, and reporting
Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday, UKG, ADP, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar systems
Advanced Excel skills, including reporting and data analysis
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Experience
HRIS implementations, conversions, or upgrades
Dashboard and report development
Data migration and system testing
Benefits, payroll, or compensation systems support
Experience working in a multi-state or large employee environment
Pay Details: $32.00 to $38.00 per hour
