What You'll DoAs an Analyst, HR Technology, you will support day-to-day HR technology operations while contributing to system improvements, reporting, projects, and stakeholder support.You will:Support the maintenance, administration, and day-to-day operation of HR technology solutions, including the organization's Infor CloudSuite Human Capital Management platform.Troubleshoot routine and moderately complex system issues, research solutions, and escalate matters requiring additional expertise, risk assessment, or cross-functional coordination.Assist with system configuration, testing, enhancement deployments, and validation of system changes.Conduct data audits and support timely correction of data issues to maintain system integrity and accuracy.Create and maintain system documentation, procedures, workflows, and end-user support materials.Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, reduce manual effort, expand self-service capabilities, and enhance the employee and manager experience.Support process-improvement initiatives through documentation, testing, implementation, and post-deployment validation.Support HR technology projects, upgrades, enhancements, and implementations.Complete assigned project activities, including requirements documentation, testing coordination, issue tracking, status updates, and follow-up.Support change-management activities through communications, training materials, and end-user resources.Maintain routine HR reports and support ad hoc reporting requests.Review data to identify discrepancies, trends, process risks, and improvement opportunities.Support dashboards, workforce reporting, operational analytics, data governance, privacy, security, compliance, validation, and quality-control activities.Serve as a resource for HR teams, employees, and managers regarding assigned HR technology processes and system functionality.Collaborate with HR stakeholders, IT partners, vendors, and business users to support effective system operations, enhancements, training, and adoption. What You BringBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered; approximately 4+ years of relevant experience may substitute for the required degree.Ideally 2-5 years of experience supporting HR technology systems, HRIS functions, payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, reporting, or related HR operations.Experience supporting a cloud-based HCM platform such as Infor CloudSuite, Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, or a comparable system.Experience with system administration, testing, troubleshooting, reporting, data maintenance, or process-improvement activities.Experience collaborating with HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to support technology solutions and operational needs.Experience working with HR data and reporting to identify issues, support decision-making, and improve business processes.Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, customer-service, written communication, and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy, documentation, testing, quality assurance, privacy, security, governance, and compliance.Ability to manage assigned work independently while appropriately seeking guidance and escalating risk. Preferred QualificationsHR Technology & Functional ExperienceExperience supporting Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Learning, Performance Management, or Employee Data Management processes.Experience with Infor CloudSuite.Systems, Reporting & DataExperience developing reports, dashboards, or workforce analytics.Exposure to workflow automation, security administration, interfaces, integrations, data exchanges, vendor connectivity, or data governance practices.Projects & CredentialsExperience supporting HR system implementations, upgrades, or enhancement initiatives.Project Management Professional (PMP), Human Resource Information Professional (HRIP), SHRM, HRCI, or another HR technology-related certification.
