Pay Range: $20 - $24/Hour on W2 (All inclusive)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Analyst HRIS with strong experience in HR operations, data analysis, and shared services support. The role will focus on managing HR systems, supporting benefits administration, ensuring data integrity, and delivering actionable insights through reporting and analytics.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now, strong analytical skills, and the ability to support Tier 1 HR inquiries while collaborating with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities

1. Benefits & Retirement Plan Administration

  • Monitor weekly data feeds and resolve discrepancies with benefit vendors and HR systems.
  • Perform quarterly reconciliations for benefits enrollment and payroll data.
  • Prepare census reports and handle periodic data requests.
  • Support annual compliance activities, including non-discrimination testing (401(k), HSA, FSA).
  • Assist with Department of Labor reporting (Form 5500) and 401(k) audit documentation.

2. HR Shared Services & Tier 1 Support

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Tier 1 HR inquiries.
  • Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, processes, and systems.
  • Use case management tools (e.g., Deskpro) to track and resolve issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate HR teams.
  • Validate HR data and support issue resolution.
  • Review and approve job descriptions aligned with job architecture standards.

3. HRIS & Data Management

  • Maintain and configure HRIS modules, workflows, and system tables.
  • Collaborate with IT and HR teams for system enhancements and testing.
  • Perform data validation and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Conduct periodic audits of system access and security controls.
  • Ensure compliance with workers compensation and regulatory requirements.

4. Reporting, Analytics & Compliance

  • Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics tools.
  • Generate insights using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Deliver ad hoc reports for leadership and HR teams.
  • Support audits and compliance reporting.
  • Prepare periodic reports (e.g., Rewards & Recognition, employee analytics).

Required Skills

  • Experience managing and analyzing data from multiple sources
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience handling HR inquiries and case management systems
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (especially ADP Workforce Now)
  • Advanced proficiency in Client Excel
  • Knowledge of HR operations (benefits, payroll, compliance)
