HRIS Analyst - Oracle

No C2C or 3rd Party Candidates will be considered

Direct Hire; must sit onsite 100% in Irvine, CA, M-F 8a-5pm

$119-137k + bonus up to 10% of annual - paid out quarterly. Maybe up to $150k for the right person

Can't submit anyone without hands on Oracle: configuring modules within core HR, benefits, comp, succession planning, performance - at least some of them

Not just gathering info, must have gone in and had meaningful ownership

• 40% Oracle configure, dev, module mgmt.
• 10% to maintenance
• 10% to reporting
• 40% productions support, audits, training, etc.

Technical and functional -work closely

Strong communication is key

Specific oracle cloud module they've working want reporting

Fast formulas, BI publisher, etc.
