HRIS Analyst

This is a hybrid position based in St. Clair Shores, MI.

What you''ll be doing:

Own and optimize the organization's HR technology ecosystem, including UKG administration, data integrity, reporting infrastructure, integrations, security, and HR systems operations.

Core Responsibilities

HRIS / UKG System Administration

• Administer and maintain UKG and related HR systems
• Configure workflows, business processes, and system settings
• Manage system security and user access
• Coordinate system updates, releases, and testing
• Manage integrations and data mapping
• Troubleshoot system issues

HRIS Data Management & Governance

• Maintain employee data integrity across systems
• Monitor imports, interfaces, and file feeds
• Conduct audits and validations
• Manage data extraction requests
• Oversee system feeds including wage increase data, 401(k), and HSA files

Reporting & Analytics

• Develop and maintain HR and workforce reporting
• Produce scheduled and ad hoc reports
• Support executive reporting
• Provide data extracts to Payroll, Finance, and HR

Benefits & HR Systems Support

• Configure and support open enrollment
• Manage benefit file feeds and vendor integrations
• Maintain document workflows in UKG
• Support ACA reporting (system side)

HR Technology & Process Improvement

• Identify automation opportunities
• Lead process improvement initiatives
• Improve reporting efficiency and workflows
• Troubleshoot integration issues

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, or related field preferred
• 3-5+ years of HRIS or systems administration experience
• Strong experience with UKG or similar HRIS platforms
• Experience with system integrations and data management
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and data accuracy focus
• Ability to manage confidential information
