Support HRIS integration planning and tracking.
Assist with data cleanup and data readiness workstreams.
Track data issues, gaps, inconsistencies, and required corrections.
Support testing schedule coordination.
Assist with user acceptance testing planning and follow-up.
Maintain issue logs, risk logs, and decision trackers.
Support cutover planning and go-live readiness tracking.
Document meeting follow-ups, action items, open decisions, and next steps.
Coordinate dependencies between HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Help organize implementation documentation and project materials.
Escalate risks, delays, unresolved issues, or vendor dependencies to HR leadership.
Assist in validating data cleanup progress and readiness for migration or integration activities.
Support post-go-live issue tracking and stabilization activities, as needed.
Accentuate Staffing has an immediate opportunity for a fully remote Contract HRIS Implementation & Data Specialist that will provide temporary support to the Human Resources department during HRIS implementation, integration, testing, cutover planning, and data cleanup activities. This role will help manage the coordination-heavy and detail-driven components of implementation so HR leaders and staff can remain focused on HR operations, decision-making, and subject matter expertise. The candidate MUST live in North Carolina. This position is 6 months with a possibility of being extended.
