Compensation: $80,000 – $90,000 annually / $38 - $43 hourly
The HRIS Payroll Reporting and Compliance Analyst owns end-to-end payroll processing while ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of HR and payroll data across systems. This role combines hands-on payroll execution with reporting, auditing, and compliance management — including tax administration, data governance, and analytics that inform leadership decision-making.
