    About the Opportunity

    This position can be filled in any FE approved location.

    This role is responsible for maintaining accurate HR core data and organizational structures, with a primary focus on managing the contractor and contingent workforce lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding. This role ensures timely and accurate contractor transactions, including onboarding, extensions, and offboarding, while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. It also supports escalated help desk tickets by investigating contractor data issues and resolving root causes. In addition, the role will develop and execute the strategy to drive efficiency and automation The position may also support employee and organizational movements, partnering with HR Business Partners on reorganizations and workforce changes.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Support end-to-end contractor lifecycle processes, including onboarding, management, and offboarding

    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within contractor management

    • Ensure contractor data is accurately maintained and aligned within organizational structures

    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within contractor management

    • Support system releases, enhancements, and regression testing

    • Apply HR data governance practices to ensure consistency, integrity, and accuracy of data

    • Conduct regular audits of data objects to maintain clean and reliable data

    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory policies and audit requirements

    • Provide Tier 2 support and troubleshooting for core data issues

    • Coordinate with HR Help Desk to keep Knowledge Base Articles up to date.

    • Contribute to the overall HR Technology Strategy to ensure a focus on digital, modern solutions that enhance employee experience.

    Qualifications at HR Representative II Level include:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics or a related field. Business or related discipline required and a minimum of 2-4 years relevant work experience. In lieu of Bachelor's degree (preferred), minimum 4 years relevant work experience is required.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Familiarity with HR software and systems is advantageous.
    • Experience providing customer-focused support, both internally and externally.
    • Experience in building positive relationships and working with peers cross-functionally, demonstrating teamwork and collaboration.
    • Ability to analyze data to develop recommendations and drive process improvement.
    • Ability to be flexible, adaptable and navigate effectively through change.

    Qualifications at HR Representative III Level include:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics or a related field. Business or related discipline required and a minimum of 4-y years relevant work experience. In lieu of Bachelor's degree (preferred), minimum 7 years relevant work experience is required.
