Position Summary
The HRIS Specialist is responsible for the administration, maintenance, optimization, and support of the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) environment, with a primary focus on UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management (WFM). This role serves as the subject matter expert for HR and Workforce Management processes, ensuring data integrity, system functionality, compliance, and process efficiency.
The HRIS Specialist partners closely with HR, Payroll, Operations, IT, and business stakeholders to support ongoing system enhancements, reporting, troubleshooting, integrations, testing, and end-user training. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, HR systems expertise, and hands-on experience with UKG Pro and Workforce Management modules.

At CMA CGM, we are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The expected salary range for this position is $62,000 - $76,000 per year. The actual salary offered will be based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and location.
