Position Summary This position is responsible for analyzing, testing, and implementing HRIS computer system modules, including but not limited to human resources, payroll, benefits, etc. Providing support in the analysis and maintenance of other company programs.

Position Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

  • Analyzes the companys HR information needs, both immediate and long term, and plans for development of and/or changes in the systems to meet those needs.
  • Analyzes current problems and reviews system capabilities to ascertain whether operations can be more efficient by modification of the system or the process by rescheduling system use or by better training of the system users.
  • Participates in the design and/or testing of new applications.
  • Provides user support and training for modifications of systems or procedures.
  • Maintains integrity and accuracy of database.
  • Develops training materials for changes in operators duties.
  • Directs or assists in regular procedures of the HR record keeping, benefits, and payroll functions as necessary.
  • Performs other HR duties as requested.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of HRIS experience.
  • Experience Required:
  • HR experience preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Project and vendor management experience.
  • Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork and problem-solving ability.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and complete special projects.
  • High level of proficiency with the Google Workspace, including an advanced level with Excel.

Preferred:

  • Combination of plant division and corporate experience working with various levels in the organization.
  • Knowledge of Dayforce System.
