SUMMARY
The Temporary HRIS Specialist is a Paycom subject matter expert responsible for evaluating, optimizing, and remediating HR, payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and talent management processes within Paycom. This role will lead a series of project-based initiatives designed to improve system functionality, data integrity, compliance, reporting, workflow automation, and the overall user experience.
The HRIS Specialist will conduct a comprehensive assessment of Paycom, identify system inefficiencies and configuration issues, develop solutions, and implement best practices. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, and operational leaders to maximize the organization's investment in Paycom and ensure sustainable processes are in place upon completion of the assignment.
