Our client, Beveridge & Diamond, a nationally recognized environmental law firm, is looking for an HRIS Analyst to help power their people systems, data, and reporting. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys improving processes, working with data, and making HR operations more efficient and insightful.

What you will do:

  • Own HRIS administration, enhancements, and troubleshooting
  • Build reports and dashboards on workforce data
  • Partner with IT and vendors on integrations and upgrades
  • Improve workflows and automate processes

What you bring:

  • 3+ years of HRIS or HR systems experience
  • Strong technical and analytical aptitude, including Excel and other reporting tools
  • High attention to detail and data integrity
  • Technical curiosity and problem-solving mindset
