The HRIS Technical Analyst supports the administration, maintenance, optimization, and integration of Human Resources systems across the organization. This role is responsible for supporting HR system configurations, troubleshooting system issues, maintaining integrations, supporting upgrades and testing, and ensuring reliable system functionality across HR, Payroll, Timekeeping, Benefits, and related platforms.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically proficient, highly collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment with a large hourly and seasonal workforce.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support the day-to-day administration and maintenance of HR systems including core HR, payroll, benefits, timekeeping, recruiting, performance management, and learning platforms.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, research root causes, and partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Support integrations between HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, benefits, recruiting, and other business systems.
  • Assist with system configurations, security administration, workflows, and process improvements.
  • Coordinate and execute system testing, including upgrades, patches, enhancements, and new functionality.
  • Support data imports, exports, audits, and mass updates.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, process maps, and user guides.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and Operations teams to support business needs and system enhancements.
  • Support seasonal workforce readiness activities, including high-volume hiring and onboarding support.
  • Monitor data flow and integration performance to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
  • Assist with reporting and data validation activities as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Configure workflows, business rules, security roles, notifications, and system settings.
  • Demonstrate high level of quality work, attendance and appearance
  • Demonstrate high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management
  • Adhere to all local, federal and state laws in addition to Company policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Perform any other duties that may be assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of HRIS, systems administration, or related technical support experience.
  • Experience supporting HR systems, payroll systems, timekeeping, or workforce management platforms.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with integrations, interfaces, or file feeds preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, UKG, ADP, Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

PAY RANGE: $35.00-$36.05/hr*

*compensation varies based on geography, skills, experience, and tenure
