QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience supporting HRIS or HR technology platforms.
  • Experience with SAP HR, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar HR systems.
  • Experience with HR reporting and data analytics tools.
  • Exposure to system testing (UAT), data validation, and process documentation.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of HR master data within HR systems.
  • Perform regular data audits, validations, and quality checks.
  • Support SAP, SuccessFactors, and other HR technology platforms.
  • Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and third-party vendors to resolve HR system issues.
  • Assist with HRIT projects, including requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and implementation.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and system upgrades.
  • Analyze HR business processes and recommend workflow or system improvements.
  • Generate standard and ad hoc HR reports using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools.
  • Support HR dashboards and analytics for business decision-making.
  • Monitor HR system integrations and resolve interface or data errors.
  • Troubleshoot HRIS issues and escalate complex technical problems when required.
  • Maintain process documentation and support compliance with HR data standards.
