The HRIT Analyst (Level II) provides operational and technical support for HR technology platforms such as SAP and SuccessFactors. The role focuses on maintaining HR data integrity, supporting HRIS operations, troubleshooting system issues, assisting with system enhancements, testing, reporting, and process improvements. This position collaborates with HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure efficient HR system performance and deliver data-driven insights.
