We are seeking a Quality Improvement (QI) Coordinator to support this mission by monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of HRPP and Institutional Review Board (IRB) processes and oversight activities, and conducting post-approval monitoring of research studies. This role plays a key part in strengthening oversight, identifying opportunities for improvement, and promoting consistent and compliant research practices in alignment with federal regulations and institutional policies.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2 years of IRB administration, research administration, clinical research experience, or related field

Equivalency/Substitution: Experience or a combination of education & related experience can be considered in lieu of degree. A one-to-one ratio is used to determine the number of years of experience required in place of a degree.  

Required Certifications and Licenses:

Successful completion of the IRB Professional Certification required after two years.
