Job Title : HRSD Technical Lead
Location  : Dallas, TX or Montvale, NJ Hybrid (2-3 days in a week)
Duration  : 6 months + possible extension
Rate Range: $50- $68/hour on W2/ C2C (All inclusive)

Introduction

The role of HRSD Technical Lead is crucial in designing and delivering end-to-end employee workflows and digital HR experiences using ServiceNow. The successful candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and other ServiceNow modules.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of recent experience in solution architecture with ServiceNow, specializing in HRSD.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, including HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events, and self-service employee experiences.
• Experience with additional ServiceNow modules such as WSD, ITOM, or CSM.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) certifications.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Certified Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) Professional certification.
• Platform micro-certifications.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and design workflows.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality digital HR experiences.
