    • Answers incoming patient calls promptly and professionally, providing exceptional patient service.

    • Maintains patient confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA regulations, privacy standards, and company policies when handling patient information

    • Follows call center guidelines, matrix requirements, policies, and procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism

    • Bilingual English/Spanish
    • Previous call center experience
    • Experience in a healthcare or patient-facing environment

    Central Call Center Ode Full Time Compensation is commensurate upon the qualifications of the individual selected and budgetary guidelines of the hiring department, as well as the institutional pay plan.
