Job Summary

HSE Coordinator is an administrative role with a focus to supporting our field operations and customer service teams by ensuring accurate data entry, timely claim processing, and efficient coordination across departments. This position is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable managing high‑volume information in a fast‑paced utilities services environment.

 

 

Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate various incident reports from field operations and maintain claim data with a high level of accuracy across internal data management systems.
  • Track claim status, investigate incomplete or missing information, for effective claims management ensuring timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with operations management, technicians, project managers, and customer service teams to gather required documentation.
  • Prepare and update claim files, logs, and reports for internal review.
  • Communicate with external stakeholders, including customers, municipalities, and insurance partners regarding claim details and documentation requirements.
  • Monitor deadlines and escalate issues that may impact claim processing timelines.
  • Support audits, compliance checks, and quality assurance activities.
  • Maintain organized digital records in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Assist other HSE teams as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in claims administration, data entry, or administrative coordination (utilities, construction, risk management or insurance industry experience preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning and utilizing data management software systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, effectively prioritize, and efficiently achieve deadlines.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving information gaps.
  • High school diploma required, associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Biligual preferred

 

Physical Demands and Work Environment 

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, and scanners.
