HSE Manufacturing Director

Atlas Connections is working with a leading mission-critical infrastructure company to hire an HSE Manufacturing Director. This firm doesn't only design and build data centers, it manufactures the components that power them: power and cooling modules, prefabricated mechanical and electrical systems, custom enclosures, structural components, and proprietary modular systems for hyperscale deployment. Through in‑house manufacturing, the company controls more of the delivery process and supports a vertically integrated model spanning design, procurement, manufacturing, construction, commissioning, and warranty.This role provides enterprise-level health, safety, and environmental leadership across the company's manufacturing operations. It owns HSE strategy, compliance, risk management, training, auditing, incident prevention, and safety culture across production environments, partnering closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, Operations, and Executive Leadership.
