About the RoleAs a CBRE Health, Safety and Environment Supervisor, you will be part of a team responsible for creating and implementing health, safety, and environmental programs for clients.This job is part of the Environment Health and Safety function. They are responsible for organizational programs and procedures to safeguard employees and surrounding communities.What You'll DoAssist in managing HSE programs and initiatives to meet regulatory requirements and client needs.Evaluate new and existing programs to assess suitability and the need for changes.Support the process for monitoring injury, illness, and incident-related performance.Act as a resource to staff and internal customers as the subject matter expert.Oversee plans, playbooks, and procedures making sure playbooks are current, complete, and effectively implemented.Identify opportunities to reduce costs while enhancing the quality of services. Respond to customer member concerns regarding HSE matters.Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives.May establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives.Has a direct impact on the team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams.Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives.Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
