Job Description

This is an opportunity to be a visible trusted presence on the production floor and a catalyst for a safer, healthier, and more sustainable workplace. As an HSE Technician, you will play a critical role in safeguarding people, operations, and the environment while supporting business continuity and growth. This boots-on-the-ground role is best suited for someone who enjoys building relationships, influencing others positively, and turning HSE standards into everyday behaviors.

You will partner closely with team members, supervisors, and leaders to strengthen safety culture, proactively identify risks, and implement practical solutions that make a real difference. From driving compliance to coaching safe work practices, your work will directly contribute to operational excellence and employee well-being.

Responsibilities Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

How youll make an impact:

  • Coach and advise supervisors on HSE practices.
  • Ensure compliance with local state and federal HSE regulations.
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
  • Manage incident reporting, investigations, and follow-up actions.
  • Analyze trends and recommend preventive measures.
  • Support and implement Group and Business Unit HSE programs.
  • Promote engagement and safe behaviors across the site.
  • Contribute to HSE strategic planning and KPI achievement.

Your background

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience, ideally with HSE exposure.
  • Knowledge of OSHA requirements is preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
  • Experience with safety culture or behavior-based safety programs is a plus.
  • Authorization to work in the United States required.
