Conduct manual handling of cleaning equipment and supplies, including lifting heavy items such as furniture or cleaning carts.
Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, safety checks, and supply inventories to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles in vacation rental settings.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, environmental services practices, and the safe handling of chemical agents.
Ability to perform manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting of up to 50 pounds or more regularly.
Familiarity with floor care procedures, including floor/grout restoration
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for maintaining cleanliness standards.
Prior experience with commercial cleaning equipment and supplies is preferred.
