High School West Varsity Head Boys' Golf Coach

HHH is seeking a dynamic, student-centered Varsity Head Boys' Golf Coach for High School West. We're looking for a coach passionate about developing young athletes, building a positive team culture, and using athletics as a platform for character development.

Qualifications

• Proven coaching experience in golf
• Strong technical knowledge of the sport and commitment to continued education
• Ability to lead a full program and model positive character for student-athletes

Reports To: Athletic Director

Supervises: High School JV Coach

Key Responsibilities

• Build and sustain a team culture grounded in respect, discipline, and sportsmanship
• Oversee practices, match preparation, and player development
• Collaborate with the athletic department and coaching staff across varsity, JV, and feeder programs
• Support student-athletes' academic success, leadership, and well-being
• Ensure compliance with district, league, and state policies
• Manage equipment, budget, and program logistics
• Build relationships with families, alumni, and community partners; maintain positive communication with parents and boosters

Stipend: $6085
