Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How you'll make an impact

  • Conduct supplier audits, inspections, and quality assessments

  • Lead resolution of supplier quality issues and non-conformities

  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective action implementation

  • Monitor supplier KPIs and performance metrics

  • Identify improvement opportunities and lead supplier development initiatives

  • Collaborate with category teams on supplier selection and strategy

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements

  • Represent the customer perspective in supplier interactions

Your background

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

  • 8+ years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or supplier development

  • Knowledge of high voltage products and quality systems preferred

  • Experience with audits, APQP/PPAP, FMEA, and process control methods

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills

  • Fluent in English; additional languages and travel flexibility (up to 50%) are advantageous
